UK, Tier 1
Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) the aspirant has to apply for a Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) visa if he/she has been endorsed in science, humanities, engineering, medicine, digital technology or the arts as a recognized leader (exceptional talent) or as an emerging leader (exceptional promise)
The Application process has two stages:
You first need to apply to the Home Office for endorsement as a leader or an emerging leader in your particular field followed by endorsement, and you can apply for the visa.
Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) the aspirant has to apply for a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa if: he/she wants to set up or run a business in the UK and satisfies all other eligibility requirements. Yet another condition is the possession of at least £50,000 investment funds to apply. The earliest one can apply is 3 months before travel.
Tier 1 (Investor) the aspirant has to apply for a Tier 1 (Investor) visa if: he/she wants to invest £2,000,000 or more in the UK and satisfies all other eligibility requirements. Yet another condition is the possession of at least £2,000,000 in investment funds to apply. The earliest one can apply is 3 months before travel.
Tier 1 (General)
The family members (‘dependents’) must apply to join or remain with the applicant in the UK.
A ‘dependent’ is husband, wife or partner, child under 18 and a child over 18 of the applicant if they’re currently in the UK as a dependent. They can use the premium service if applying in the UK on own.
Savings are compulsory and they need to show that your dependents can be supported while they’re in the UK. Each dependent must possess a certain amount of money apart from the £945 you must have to support yourself.
Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) the aspirant has to apply for a Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) visa if they are a graduate who has been officially endorsed as having a genuine and credible business idea, and meets the other eligibility criteria besides being endorsed either by the Department for International Trade (DIT) as part of the elite global graduate entrepreneur program (Sirius) or a UK higher education institution (HEI) if it’s an authorized endorsing body. DIT endorsement decision can be had within 3 weeks if you’ve been endorsed by DIT. The earliest one can apply is 3 months before you travel.
UK, Tier 2 the aspirant has to apply for a Tier 2 (General) visa if offered a skilled job in the UK.
Tier 2 (General) For Getting sponsored one needs to be employed by a licensed sponsor to apply to live in the UK. The sponsor checks that you can do the job and if it qualifies you for a visa. A certificate of sponsorship will be assigned to you to prove this. The remuneration information is also essential.
Tier 2 Religious workers
Tier 2 Religious workers may seek long-term entry to the UK under the Tier 2 if they intend to stay for less than two years. Their role must not involve preaching and they must be sponsored by a religious institution which holds a Faith Body Endorsement from the relevant faith body.
Tier 2 (Sportsperson)
The sportsperson category is for internationally established elite sports athletes and coaches who are at the top level, and are in a position to make a significant contribution to the development of their sport.

Sponsorship
You need to have a certificate of sponsorship from a licensed sponsor before you can apply.
Your work, training or research in the UK must be directly related to the work of your sponsor organization.
Tier 5 (Creative and Sporting) A creative worker is someone who works in the creative industry, for example an actor, dancer, musician or film crew member. One can apply for a Tier 5 (Temporary Worker – Creative and sporting) visa if: offered work as a sports person or creative worker and is in a position to meet other eligibility requirements
Sponsorship: a certificate of sponsorship from a licensed employer is required before you can apply to come to the UK to work. The work you do in the UK must relate to the work of your sponsor organization.
Tier 5 (Charity Workers) An aspirant can apply a Tier 5 (Temporary Worker – Charity Worker) visa if he /she wants to do unpaid voluntary work for a charity, and meets the other eligibility requirements
Sponsorship: certificate of sponsorship from a licensed employer before applying is must. The work to be done in the UK must relate to the work of your sponsor organization. It will take 3 months for certificate of sponsorship before you start work. You should get a decision on your visa within 3 weeks.

Your work, training or research in the UK must be directly related to the work of your sponsor organization.
Tier 5 (Government Authorized Exchange) An aspirant can apply for a Tier 5 Temporary Worker – Government Authorized Exchange visa if he/she wants to come to the UK for a short time for work experience or to do training, an Overseas Government Language Program, research or a fellowship through an approved government authorized exchange scheme and have a sponsor .You need to have a certificate of sponsorship from a licensed sponsor before you can apply. Your work, training or research in the UK must be directly related to the work of your sponsor organization.
Tier 5 (International Agreement) An aspirant can apply for a Tier 5 (Temporary Worker – International Agreement) visa if he/she is contracted to do work covered by international law while in the UK, like working for a Foreign Government or as a Private Servant in a diplomatic household
Tier 5 (Youth Mobility Scheme) An aspirant can apply for a Tier 5 (Youth Mobility Scheme) visa if he/she wants to live and work in the UK for up to 2 years and is aged between 18 to 30 years with an £1,890 in savings, and meets the other eligibility requirements.
